We’re back, and we’re better than ever! Season 7 of the Weekly Drip is officially here, and I couldn’t be more pumped to kick things off with my co-host and incredible friend, Amber Pierce!

What Is the Weekly Drip?
For those who are new here, let me catch you up real quick!
The Weekly Drip is our passion project… a podcast where Amber and I spotlight the amazing local businesses, fascinating people, and inspiring stories that make our community so dang special. We’re not just talking real estate and restoration cleaning tips (though we definitely touch on those too). We’re diving deep into what makes Dripping Springs feel like home.
Think of it as your weekly dose of community connection, served up with a whole lot of heart and probably a few laughs along the way!
Meet Your Hosts: Ashley & Amber
So who are we, and why should you tune in?
I’m Ashley Tullis, owner of Atomic Properties Group with Keller Williams. Fun fact: I sold more houses than anyone else in the Dripping Springs Independent School District in 2025! But honestly, my favorite part of being a Dripping Springs real estate agent isn’t just the transactions… it’s getting to know the incredible people who call this place home and helping newcomers discover why we’re the Wedding Capital of Texas (and so much more).
My co-host, Amber Pierce, owns COIT Cleaning & Restoration. She’s not just a small business owner who knows her way around tough stains and restoration projects. She’s a community connector who’s always championing local entrepreneurs and keeping her finger on the pulse of what’s happening around town.
Together, we bring you market expertise, small-business insight, and a whole lot of love for this Hill Country gem we’re lucky enough to call home!
